We hold “Licence for Transit Goods”, a “Bond for Customs Agents” issued under the Customs Services Act, as well as “Transit Bond” that is required to cover the value of goods while in transit through Kenya to destinations in inland countries and to overseas countries.
The company also has a “Customs Agent Licence” that authorizes bringing in imported goods for the local market, and dispatching local goods into export markets.
